01

Describe what arrives at the station

List the items being washed and estimate the busiest incoming workload. Explain the workflow and identify any unusual item sizes. Keep the station requirement separate from assumptions about a particular machine.

02

Document the space

Provide a measured layout and note the route between receiving, loading and clean-item storage. Identify fixed elements and any space that needs further review. The proposed equipment must be assessed as part of the complete station.

03

Record connections and responsibilities

Collect utility information from the site team and identify who will review the final configuration. State whether any installation or connection work is required. Such work should be expressly described rather than assumed to be included.

04

Include supporting components

List racks, tables and accessories together with the equipment. Confirm dimensions and compatibility for the proposed arrangement. This keeps the order from depending on an unspecified accessory or a mismatched item.

05

Confirm the purchasing record

Review the final equipment specification, accessories, quantity, timing and delivery responsibilities. Keep the accepted scope available for receiving checks and for any later questions about the order.
