01

Identify the storage task

Distinguish the products to be stored, the access pattern and any display requirement. List the required functions separately when the project includes both storage and preparation areas. This makes the inquiry more useful than a request based only on a cabinet size.

02

Use a measured location

Provide the available width, depth and height, along with the access route and surrounding equipment. Note doors, counters and fixed obstructions. Have the proposed configuration reviewed for the site rather than relying solely on a photo.

03

Keep the configuration explicit

Record the preferred door arrangement, shelves and accessories. Mark which features are essential and which may be discussed. A substitute should be checked against the complete requirement, including the included components.

04

Review the quotation as a whole

Compare the specification, quantity, delivery scope and stated timing together. A product reference is useful only when the quoted configuration is clear. Reconfirm any time-sensitive information before placing the order.

05

Prepare receiving details

Share the destination, delivery contact and access restrictions early. Identify where the equipment will be received and what additional handling, if any, is expressly required. Retain the final order details for checking the shipment.
